First ran into Applewood Smoked Uncured Duroc Pork Bacon this winter at a small grocery store (not a chain). Loved the product and was really pleased to finally find that I could order it from home with very competitive pricing. Best bacon on the planet

This is the bacon I remember my Dad and brother making where I grew up. Lean, meaty clean tasting, smoky flavor, cooks to perfection when baked at 375 degrees on a sheet pan rack system with parchment sheet cover to expedite clean up.
